Adobe Property Managers Inc of Tucson, Arizona provides a full range of property management and leasing services. Our full range of services allows us to meet your needs and deliver satisfaction with our services. We also provide coupons. We have many kinds of properties for lease including homes, apartments, condominiums, duplexes, fourplexes , townhomes, and triplexes. We also have small complexes that have no more than 12 units.

Depending on the location, our properties have varying amenities such as a Fitness Center, Laundry Center, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Clubhouse, Community Swimming Pool, Fenced Yards, Garages, Gated Community, On Acreage, and most properties are pet friendly!

Here are some of the services we can perform for our clients:

  • Locate tenants
  • Screen tenants (credit, background, previous rental history)
  • Collect rent and deposits
  • Execute Leases
  • Handle tenant concerns
  • Issue late notices and evictions when necessary
  • Handle repairs and maintenance
  • Seasonal maintenance of Cooling and Heating systems
  • Obtain bids on all major repairs or cosmetic needs
  • Conduct property inspections (interior & exterior)
  • Pay bills related to property (HOA, Mortgage payments, Utilities, Termite & Pest Control, Pool and Landscape maintenance)
  • Issue monthly financial statements (monies received and expended)


  • Our fee for management services is ten percent. We collect this fee from the gross rents collected and laundry money, if it's applicable.
  • We do not charge a fee when the property is vacant.
  • If late fees are paid by the resident they are held by Adobe PMI to pay for cost of postage and handling of all notices.
  • The owner is responsible for the cost of newspaper advertising and signage.
  • We show property (we do not give out keys).
  • We list your property for rent with the local rental agencies when no fees are charged.
  • We post all available properties on our website, Davis Monthan, Section 8 Housing (when applicable) and when possible.
